Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Processing Time

Upon ordering, books are ordered from an Australian based printer. Please allow 14 days from ordering to products being shipped to account for the time it takes for printing.

Note: Due to the affects of COVID-19, please expect shipping delays with all domestic and international orders. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and you will be provided with a tracking code to track your package once it has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Options

Standard shipping and Express shipping options are available. These options can be selected at checkout. We provide tiered (weight-based) shipping for Australia and New Zealand.

3. Delivery Locations

Orders are only available for shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Orders can be shipped internationally by requesting a shipping cost estimate via the contact form on the website or by emailing [email protected]

4. Damage in Transit

While we take care to ensure your order is packed securely using special book wrap packaging, there is always a chance that damage may be inflicted during transit. While this is out of our control, if major damage does occur please contact us at [email protected].

5. Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns. Make sure you read the full description on the product listing and double check your order before checkout to ensure you have selected the correct format (paperback/ hardcover).
